Is it possible to display different scripts on different times?

So i am making a neon sign flicker in Flash, it is a open and closed sign for a shop of a buddy of mine and i am wondering if i can make it so that the open sign will be there on the opening times and when the shop closes the sign switches to the closed sign.

Is this possible and if so how?
