Is there a way to add a transcript to automated lip sync in Adobe Animate ?

Hey everyone! 

I am just now learning apparently there is a way to add automated lip sync in Adobe Animate CC (Amazing!) This could save me so much time. I was playing around with it and it is okay at first, but I was wondering if there was a way to add a transcript to the audio to possibly get better automated results? I know in Character Animator there is a way, but was wondering if there was a way in Adobe Animate as well?
