Is there a way to extract bitmaps from FLA files from the command line?

Hi. I would like to extract bitmaps from FLA files from the command line. If I unzip a FLA document I can find some of the bitmaps as PNG images, but most images are stored in a bin folder as .dat files, and I can't make them usable. Is there a way to convert those files to PNG? I know that I can export all BitmapItems by calling exportToFile from a JSFL script, but I want to extract them from the command line without having to start the editor. If there was a command line tool for this as part of Animate/CC that would be nice.
