Is there any way to export a series of images instead of one at a time?

I have recently taken to using adobe animate for makind storyboards by treating each frame as a storyboard frame. In the past Ive had to go through the timeline and ctrl+p to export each frame as an image individually. This is a very time consuming process but I canot find any setting on the export menu to allow me to do this. Can someone please help?

Hi.

Go to File > Export > Export Movie... and choose the file format in the dropdown menu to export the main timeline as a sequence of images.

The name is really not very intuitive.
