Issie with Symbols Movement | Animate

Question

Hello, i'm very much new in the Animate and i have a problem that keeps occurring and some times i can fix it, some times not, but it's always a try/error situation.
I do an animation with just key frames or even Tween, but when i return to the "bigger" symbol, the animation appears delayed.

Can someone explain me what causes this and the best way do correct it please.

the main timeline frame that contains your symbol must play for your animation to start. ie, if your symbol starts its animation on its first frame, and that symbol is on the main timeline's 20th frame, you must wait for those 20 main timeline frames to play before your animation will appear and start its animation.
