Issue with Adobe Animate and Media Encoder

Hi! I am working on a school project. I cannot export my animation as a video file, as for some reason Animate is not recognizing Media Encoder.

This did not start happening until after I updated to the most recent update of Media Encoder.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times. Animate still does not seem to recognize Media Encoder, even while it is open. I do not know how I can fix this. It's not being caused by my computer, as it's been doing this on both my multimedia lab computer and my personal computer at home.
