Issue with huion tablet on adobe animate

I recently got a Huion 13 gen 3, and when i set any of the buttons to right click, it will not work correctly on only adobe animate.

It works fine alright the canvas, but when i tried to use it on any ui elements such as the timeline or toolbar, the right click menu will flash, and then quickly dissapear. ive tried numerous setting combinations of both windows ink, tablet drivers, and adobe animate settings, and nothing seems to change it. It works fine in older versions (i checked flash 8, everything is fine there). Its just the newer version that does not work.
