Issue with publish Air in Animate (TypeError:FlairDesktopExt.TestMovie is not a function)

Just updated Animate on my laptop, and get this issue that I can't come around or google a solution for:

Can't publish

Cant't test

Can't enter the settings for publish

This is for Adobe Air projects.

Have reinstalled, deleted all old config files.

reinstall animate

Thanks, tried the steps as you described them, but get the same error after doing so.

The only thing that worked on this computer was to revert to Flash CC 2015
