Issue with Randomly Adjusted Shapes

Hello!

Currently I am working on an animation where I am having a character look around. However, upon running a test movie as well as export, the eyes and pupils become flat on the top. I'm not sure how this is occuring, as the eyes are fine in the file itself. Images are included.
