issues with shortcuts

Hi everyone, 

its my first post here and i hope i can find help. I use to work on machintosh and recently I switched on windows. And here the first issue i have since I'm working on it : If I press "e" to use the eraser, many times its gonna select the "help"wich is located next to "window". I tried to change the shortcut  by replacing "e" by "r", but it change nothing, it just open "control" next to "debug". It appears to be random, but its very very annoying. Do you know how to solve this problem ?
