Javascript error, ADBE_LIBS_FLPR

Brand new install on my pc of Animate, I get error "A Javascript error occurred, TypeError: $_ADBE_LIBS_FLPR is undefined. Haven't been able to find anything on the forums on this.

the error occurs when?

It appears upon opening up Animate. I am on windows 7, on my windows 10 computer, the error doesn't occur.

restart your win 7 computer and reopen animate.

if that fails with the same error, reset your preferences by removing

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC 2017\ and

C\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\2017\
