JavaScript Google Maps API V3

Hi,

     I'm trying to embed a google map into an IOS app can this be done using action script 3 or does it have to be done through JavaScript Maps API V3? Does anyone have any coding I can drop straight in (cheeky I know)?

Do you need to use Google maps for some reason? They deprecated their Flash map API but there are lots of other great (honestly better -- not to mention much less expensive) Flash mapping APIs. Check out UMapper and OpenStreet for starters. Yahoo and Mapquest also support Flash better.

Google is overrun by Javascript/Chrome engineers these days.

Hi Aaron,

                To start I want to say thank you for your information and help. The reason I say google maps is down to my friends company uses them. I'm just helping him get more upto date with tech and want to create a store finder for him. He has google maps registered and his few shops are geolocated on his website. I thought it would be a easy fix but as you have said they are using java and I'm using flash
