Joint Speed Option

Im using  Adobe Animate 2024 and I've got an armature created (with icon of running man to the left of the

layer name (Armature_26)). Is this automatically a 'pose layer' ?  if so, why I am not able to see the 'joint speed' option, when I select a bone , in the properties panel ?
