Laggy issue while dragging the stage with hand tool [ANIMATE 2022 on M1pro]

Hello everyone,

When I was dragging the stage with handtool, it seems super laggy! Anyone got this problems and have any solutions?

I'm using Macbook M1pro with 32gb ram, on ventura os, Adobe Animate 2022 and I just don't think it'll be laggy like that. I tried to update to the lastest 2023 version, but the problem seemed even worse!
