Language change in Animate

Hello,
I come with a question - is there any way to change my language in Animate 2020? I've tried to change my laptop language to ENG and it doesn't work, and I cannot find it anywhere in help or anything. Is it possible to change the language in Animate? How can I do that? I'm okay with reinstalling/anything to get this to work.
