Large Animation Photo don't work. Test link available.

Hi! In my web page I have a photo and the animation is for rotate the image. Its like a large responsive banner.  I use Animate CC and Muse for make the web site. In the break point for computers or large screens the animation don't play. If anyone can help me its going to be great! This is the link www.artixtica.com
