Lines and shapes disappear when HTML5 animation is implemented

I'm not sure exactly how to explain this but we have been running into this issue when some of my HTML5 canvas animations.  When I publish them and check the HTML file on my computer, I can see the animation as I intended it.  When my team implemented the animation on the webpage, random lines and shapes are missing.  I've attached an image...in this example, not only is the gold curve line missing, but the entire axis line and "alpha" text is missing (this element is also supposed to be moving side-to-side as it does for me when I open my HTML file).  This just one of the many animations that this has happened to.  I tried republishing with several different tips I saw from other forum posts (including rearranging the layers on the stage) and nothing has worked.  I hope someone has seen this before and has an easy fix for me.

    And you're sure your team "implemented" ALL the files that Animate generates when you publish, in the same relative locations? And you've checked the browser dev console for failed file requests?

    Yes, and I just confirmed with the team and checked for console errors myself.  I should also add that all of the elements in the animation were created within Animate so there is no spritesheet.
