Lip Sync Audio not showing correct mouth shapes

Hey! I'm using Character Animator for like the first time and I've had an issue with my lip sync. All my mouth shapes are correctly rigged to the right sounds when I speak or try to use visemes, it shows the wrong mouth. For instance, ill click on the M mouth and it will show the L mouth
