Lip sync on nested layer

My auto lip sync test works on the "face" timeline of my Actionscript file but maybe because it is nested (Scene 1 > head_hair > face), the sound doesn't play on the main timeline and it doesn't play when published. Sound layer is set to Stream and Repeat x 1. Actionscript file. No duplicate symbols. Everything is a graphic symbol. All timelines are for the same length of 6 sec.
