Lip sync problem

Hello im new to adobe animate and i have a problem with the lip sync, I ´Ve followed a tutorial and it works for the first part of my animation, but strangely on an other part of the animation where I've used the same symbol the lip syncing isn't active anymore.

could anyone help me ? 🥹
