Lip-Synching - Can I use images of lips instead of drawing lips in order to lip sync to audio?

I am trying to learn how to lip-sync in Adobe Animate, but I would prefer to use images of the lips for the visemes instead of drawing the lips. Is that possible, and if so, how can that be accomplished?

you can always convert bitmaps to vectors in animate by selecting the bitmap>click modify>bitmap>trace bitmap.
