Lip Syncing on a Loop

I have an animated project that focuses a lot on loops, So I have the bodies animated, and a lip sync inside the head symbol. The only thing with that is that if the head is inside the loop, the lip sync frames never come in. Is there a way to keep the lip sync connected to the loop, so that it moves with everything else?
