"Live Preview has encountered a corrupt SWF." After changing anti-alias settings on text

I was working on a file and wanted to change the anti-alias settings on a text object (set it to bitmap, no antialias) to see what it looks like, And then the same error message repeatedly showed up (Error message attached), And sadly the file recovered as soon as the error message showed up, breaking both .FLAs. If needed i can attach the broken .FLA if anyone thinks they can fix it.
