Lock Stage Rotation?

Is it possible to lock the stage's rotation at all?

Whenever I draw in Animate with a touch screen computer I pan and zoom using touch gestures. Animate often misinterprets my gestures and rotates the stage instead.

I know how to reset the rotation with the "Center Stage" crosshairs button, but it can be tedious and I would prefer to disable stage rotation altogether.
