Looking for an Adobe Animate hire

I oversee a project for youth coaches. I have an animate project a previous hire did but she cannot get the audio to preview or publish.

I have a basic knowledge of Flash/Animate and I've tried converting from as3.0 to canvas and to set audio to stream, neither of which help. I would happily hire someone to come in to solve the issue and please let me know your rates. There is potential work in the future.

If there is no one like that here, some ideas would be welcome. Thank you!
