Looking for an Australian based Animate expert

Good afternoon from Sydney,

We're looking for an Australian or NZ freelancer or agency who's had experience in developing HTML 5 code to call content from a web server to be displayed on screens in gyms and shopping malls.

The content will be served via Ayuda Splash Player from a content server to these screens. As an example, the weather reports served at many major gyms are similar to what the client requires.

Developer must have experience in developing the code and animations that are presented on these screens. We have a high-level brief and are looking for someone or a team to start in early January.
