Looking for ways to scale the UI in adobe animate, illustrator & Photoshop

I have a large screen and the fonts and icons are too small. Please let me know how can i increase. This option seems to be there in Figma & other tools. But i cant find in the above options. Please help.

    you can change your display settings, but that will cause problems in animate.
