Loops in Nested Animations stops always after Saving the File

I currently have a problem with Adobe Animate. When I create movie clips and build nested animations, the automatic loop works without any problems. As soon as I change something in the nested animation and save the file, the nested animation is executed only once and no longer gelooped.

I have the problem in the current version on different computers and in different files.
