loosing color regions while using wrap vector asset tool

Hi, my son have currently the following issue with Adobe Animate. When he is using vector wrap asset tool, he is loosing colors in regions. On the attached example picture, the bootom is loosing pink color and turn to white. Any idea what it can be? thanks

     Is that a black stroke on there? Maybe take the stroke off and see if that works or make the stroke a fill.

    Go to modify>shape>convert to fill

      hi, thanks. We checked it. He is using "brush" not "pencil", so we already had "Fills" not "Lines" (at least this is how my son explian it to me). We also reinstalled Animate, updated both Windows and Animate to the newest version and we have still the same issue 😞
