Lost animate files

Hello all,

Yesterday I was working on my Adobe animation, and everything was fine and saved.

However today when I opened up adobe animate all of my recent files were gone as if I had opened animate for the first time, and when I went to reopen them from my computer, most of my animate files were gone as well auto save versions as well, with the exception of the ones I had put in folders.

I think this might have to do with the new update but I'm not sure. If anyone knows how I can get my files back I'd really appricate it.
