lost animation file

I've been working on an animation recently, and it's really important for me. The last time I worked on this was on 15.01.2021. the next day opened the file to keep working on it but it mysteriously disappeared/deleted. It's weeks worth of work and even the recovery file of the animation won't restore all the work. I tried to read ways to fix it but most of them are years ago and different versions of the software.
