Lost file? in adobe animate. Please help me recover it!

Hello, so i'll cut to the chase because this is stressing me out.

While I was completely done with a long scene that took hours to animate, i place it to save into the file that i put upon. However after saving the file ( As > "Save") I try going back to my file but all of a sudden that massive was all gone! And the only file i had was the 1/3 of it done. I don't know where to find the recovery files of these in my MAC. I tried "Application>AdobeAnimate 2022>en_US>configuration" but i only found the asset that animate contains in it's software. Is it somewhere else? Can i use my time machine to go back in time to find it? please guys in real desperate to fine this.
