lost projects

I tried to log into my Animal account this afternoon and it would not let me put in my password.  It insisted that I log in through Google. When I did that, the account - under the email that I used to purchase and use Animate did not have Animate installed. My project were gone and it offered me a free trial. I have the PayPal recept. I know I purchased a year's subscription. I have cleared my cashe and browser history and tried to log back in.  It still insists that I log in through Google and none of my stuff is there.

I have tried the 800 number and have been able to get through to no one - not even when putting myself in the queue.
