Low quality videos

Every time I export a video, whether its a video or gif, the quality is horrible. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing has worked. Anything on here related to this is outdated and doesn't apply to the version I'm using. I could really use some help with this!

Thank you. Looks like you're using the wrong preset. MPEG4 is using the H.263 codec, which is ancient and 3GPP was designed for 3G phones. On top of that the resolution is set at 176×144.

To render an MP4 video that can be played anywhere use H.264 instead. Try these presets: H.264 / Default (AME) or H.264 / Match Source (High).

Hi, could you show us the export settings and version of Animate that you're using?
