Mac computer, how to set default zoom?

I'm trying to set my default zoom to 45%, but I can't find a way to. I've read other pages saying to go to Edit > Preferences > Page Display, but I'm not getting this option. When I click Animate CC > Preferences, I also find nothing.

I've attached some pictures showing what I see.
