Magnet Snapping in Toolbar -- Separate the Fill/Stroke Pickers -- Object Drawing bug...

"1. I used the Magnet all the time to enable/disable object snapping - its now gone! Please make it a toolbar icon in the customize toolbar options."

Does it happen all the time, even with single circle in the file? Are you using any decorative strokes as in the below image? If YES, can you check with normal stroke and see the drawing performance.
