Media Encoder error cannot read output from Animate

This issue just recently started, and I am not sure what changed, but when I try to export an MP4 file from Animate, Media Encoder gives me this error message:

"Could not create the output. Please check if the output is read only or locked."

Please help!

the error you showed was trying to use onedrive for the output file.

create a folder on your desktop and retry saving the video there. if that triggers another error message copy and paste here a screenshot of it.

Yes, I changed it several times, to different locations, formats, that sort of thing, with no difference.
