Media Encoder speeding up video

Whenever I finish an animation in Animate, and export it with Media Encoder, instead of the original framerate (usually 24), the video is exported at 30 frames per second. This has led to the timing being offset, as well as audio not being synced up. How can I fix this?

in animate after clicking file>export>export media you should see the export media panel:

actually, just copy and paste a screenshot of that panel just i did. also, if you have start ame render queue immediately ticked, show your ame panel too (just prior to or after renderng).
