Metrics ID & Loops

Hello!

I'm a designer who has been creating animated HTML banners using Google Web Designer.  It is not an ideal process.  Its capabilities are very limiting and it requires me to rebuild my files layer-by-layer.  I'd like to start using Animate CC in an effort to integrate the whole process.

So far, I'm getting the hang of the interface of Animate CC.  However I need to learn a few things:

1.  How to create 'Metrics IDs' for each banner, and how to enable each banner to go to a URL when clicked.  Here is a screenshot that outlines the process of creating 'Actions' within Google Web Designer.

2.  How to make the banner loop two times (for a total of three loops).  Again, screenshot below:

If any of this sounds familiar to you, I'd appreciate any advice!  My exports need to pass Google's HTML5 Validator.  Thanks!
