Migrate Keyboard shortcuts

Sharing for others looking to migrate custom keyboard shortcuts in Animate.

the location is:

~/Library/Preferences/Animate/2019/Shortcuts/

Copy that info to the new machine in the same directory. You may need to remove the parenthesis around the .xml file name in order for the shortcuts to be selectable in Animate.
