missing effects panels

Hello,

I currently use adobe animate cc trial and I do not have the panel to do blur effects for example.

I can only change the size and position

Could you tell me how I can add the missing panels?

    Filters can only be applied to MovieClip and Button Symbols. You will need to select the object on the stage and convert it to a Symbol, then select it again and look at the bottom of the Properties window. You should now see the filters section.
