Missing video in adobe animate

Why everytime I send the exe file to my friend but the video suppose to be played is missing ?

I've published into exe file but when my friend try to play the video, the video is not there. All the buttons are function well, only the video is missing

The problem is I can play the video but if I send to anyone, it cannot be played
