I was wondering if anyone has a technique to add 'natural' motion blur in Animate similar to how you can do it in AE?

in as3 it's easy using the blur filter which you can tween.

If, for example, I wish to create motion blur for a fast rotating object, the blur filter will not work, because the motion has angular momentum. That's why im looking for something similar to ae motion blur.
