Motion presets in Adobe Animate

Is Adobe Animate connected to effects/motion presets in Adobe Bridge like Adobe it is in After Effects or is there only the 30 motion presets built to choose from in Animate?

    Do you know if there are plugins that can be purchased to load into Animate to build the motion presets?
