Motion Presets not available

I am currently using Adobe Animate CC 2018, and I'm still pretty new to using the program. I had recently found out how to use the motion presents and was pleased with these findings. However, I cannot access them anymore. I have strong internet, I tried turning off and on the program, singing in and out of my cloud account, turning off and on the viewing of motion presets. But nothing that I can think of can fix it. I tried seeing if someone else had this same problem, but either I'm blind or this only happens in After Effects. Any clues as to why this is???
