Motion Tween position problem

Hello! I've encountered the following issue: if I change the position of the main layer, after restarting Animate, the other layers scale out in the same way and at the same time, without me modifying the scale! Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I mention that this only happens when I use Motion Tween. I have attached a clip where the issue can be seen.
