Motion Tween Return to Original Position

Hello

I have used motion tween to animate the first half of a walk cycle.

When I copy and paste the first row of frames to return to the original postion, there is no movement added.

Is it possible to add motion with copy and pasting frames that have motion tween?

Instead of copy and pasting with Ctrl+C Ctrl+V select your frame span and use Alt/Cmd+drag.
