Mouseover button animation not working on Google Chrome

Hi,

I have made this web banner where the an animation will start when you hover over a button on the web banner.

This all works perfectly fine on firefox but when launched on a google chrome it doesn't do anything at all?

Has anyone else had this problem? is there a setting somewhere which I am missing?
