MOVIE CLIPS NOT DURING TIMELINE!

So basically when i play my animation in the timeline (by pressing enter obviously) movie clips are stuck on the 1st frame, only when i export it as a SWF movie and view it does the movie clip play. But ive seen animators like Sacri and GagOfGreen somehow have the ability to scrub movie clips through the timeline pls help pls pls pls!!!

Don't use Movie Clips. Use Graphic Symbols.

You can switch their type from Properties.
