movieclip resize problem

i need to rotate my movieclip in any direction
when i am not putting any button in moviclip then i need to write anther same code of movement
to that buttons, which will increse space and time complexity 3 times more.
so I put that 2 buutons in movieclip so that
rotation will also work in the same MC with MC
So if i need to put those 2 buttons in MC
